PREVIN AND DAWN JONES
Previn and Dawn have over 30 years of combined real estate investment and development experience.
Before becoming a full-time real estate investment/manager, Previn worked in government as a congressional staffer and city council chief of staff. As chief of staff, Previn helped to develop policy and oversight for a 100M Capital Improvement Bond program and helped community development organizations with HUD and tax credit financing.
Dawn's background includes working in Corporate America as a former partner in several law firms. Her areas of focus include real estate and business transactions.

Dawn as a lawyer and Previn as a Congressional Intern and Chief of Staff. We also run a construction company that keeps us busy. Even with the same 24-hours, we still achieve many of our milestones and goals.
